ZBA22-0017 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ZBA22-0017 Dear Property Owner: A request for a Special Exception Use has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the City of Southlake. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Special Exception Use for the Reduction of the Required Setback for a Residential Accessory Building on property described as Lot 14, Hilltop Acres Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 4021 Hilltop Drive, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: “SF-1A” Single Family Residential District. The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Special Exception Use to permit a setback reduction to place a detached garage as close as ten (10) feet to the rear property line.
