The remainder Ofthe faI;adeconsists nfrepainting existing brick and stone elements, adding canopies and repainting copings, doors and misc. elements 'for anew, fresh look. Atthe newly created entry atthe adjacent lease space we are proposing to leave that portion of the fa�ade alone, with the exception of cleaning up the stone and adding a new aluminum and glass storefront system. Also, we are proposing to remove the stone cladding material from the patio structure, add metal column wraps, and repaint the entire patio structure. YVefeel this minimal, cleaner design ismore appropriate with the new proposed building fa�ade design features.
