FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: The property is located at 210 S. Nolen Drive, Suite 100 Development Details: The applicant is proposing to develop a 3,500 square foot commercial fitness school for a strength -driven franchise located at 210 S. Nolen Drive. The facility location will require an approval of a zoning change and site plan for the development and an approval for a specific use permit for a commercial school. The fitness facility will be class based a program- no walk-ins allowed.
