Per the approved Southlake Medical District Plat Revision filed as Instrument #D213057720 and dated March 7, 2013; the proposed enclosure is situated on the southwestern corner of the lot legally described as Lot 2R, Block 1. The owner is listed and remains Southlake Texas Medical Development, LP. The proposed location of the enclosure represents the only feasible location that allows for the functional operation of the appurtenances within the enclosure while minimizing its visual impact on the surrounding area. The following documents are provided to assist staff in its assessment of our application. ■ Site Plan, Plan, Elevations and Details showing overall location, dimensions, and construction information. ■ Two Sketch Up Renderings showing how the enclosure will mimic the look, finishes, etc. of the previously accepted Trash Enclosure located on Lot 3R, Block 1 Medical Office Building lot.
