FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: The property is located 731 Zena Rucker Road. Development Details: The applicant is proposing two single-story office condominium buildings totaling approximately 25,000 square feet to be built on 2.3 acres at 731 Zena Rucker Road. Usage will be a mix of Medical and Professional Office. Presentation: Questions and Comments: 1. On the south side of the project, you talk about the trees along there and the landscaping. Could you tell me how far the building will be setback from the property line? There was to be a green belt in that area, and are concerned with being too close. There is a ten foot building line in the back, following the current zoning. Plans are to keep the current trees and additional landscaping in that area. 2. Where are the dumpsters located and what do they look like? A single dumpster of eight feet in height will conceal the dumpster located at the rear of the parking area.
