The property is located at 421 E. State Hwy 114.
Development Details:
The applicant is proposing to develop an approximately 510 sq. ft. oxygen tank enclosure
for Methodist Southlake Hospital.
• Seeking approval of an Amendment to the existing S -P-2 Generalized Site Plan
Zoning District to permit an Accessory Use for Lot 3R, Block 1 of the Southlake
Medical District.
• O2 Tank Enclosure critical to R3 Wound Care and Hyperbarics operations.
• Proposed Tank Enclosure to match adjacent, previously approved Trash
Enclosure at Medical Office Building.
