All slurry ingredients shall be mixed to form a homogeneous slurry and spray applied within one hour after the mixture is made. When wood cellulose or cane fiber mulch is used at the 500 pound per acre rate, straw or hay mulch with asphalt emulsion is applied over this to complete the mulch.
