Narrative
The condo association for this development would like to move away from the master
sign plan that was set up by the developer. The developer is no longer involved and the
physicians in the complex have purchased their buildings. The current MSP requires their
letters to be a dark brown color. The color blends into the stone on the building and makes
their business names difficult so see/read. They are fine with Southlake's Sign Ordinance
and would like to revert to that going forward. The understanding would be that all new
tenants would follow the Southlake Sign Ordinance rather than the MSP, which would be
dissolved.
