A variance to the required stacking depth for the existing two driveways was granted with approval of the Site Plan for the surface parking lot in 2010 (ZA10-026). • The minimum required centerline spacing between driveways on W. Kirkwood Blvd. is 250'. The applicant is requesting a variance to allow the proposed driveway to be located ±123' from the existing driveway to the south and ±246.7' from the driveway to the north. A variance to allow a spacing of ±180' between the existing driveways was approved in 2010.
