At t he aiwal ifest. over 400+ kids and ad ults part is ipate and have c ultu ral
p rograrrs th ro ughout the day at t he mai n stage. The Divval ifest wi II start w it h t he
inaugural ceremony by Southlake Mayor.There wiII he Iive food sitions and food
t rucks servi ng hot food. Apart from food, mu sic and cu It ural pe rformance:% there
is a va riet� of handicrak art, jewel ny and other vendo r stal is fo r the attendees to
vis it. T he fireworks w it l he for t 5 m in utes at 8 p m marking the prime t ime for t he
event.

Family Farb
There will be dances organized by community kids and their parents from 3 pm till 8 pm. We
expect over 500 participants over 25 performances. The performances will be each for 3 mins or
less.
Vendors will be businesses involved in the City of Southlake. The booths will be 10' x 10' with a
table and chair and each booth will be manned at all times. There will be 5 food vendors as well,
as placed on the sketch above.
