Property Situation:
The property is located at southeast corner of Grace Lane and E. Kirkwood Blvd. by the Gateway
Church campus at 1351 E. Kirkwood Blvd.
Development Details:
The propose project is XO Marriage's new corporate headquarters is approximately 32,000 sq.
ft., spanning 3 levels, and located on just under 5 acres. The first level houses meeting rooms,
offices, a cafe, a 200-seat classroom as well as a television and podcast studio enclosed with
glass walls so visitors can view a broadcast. XO Marriage's corporate offices will occupy the
second level, and lease space would be available on the third level.
