FORUM SUMMARY:
Property Situation:
The property is located at 3150 Sabre Drive.
Development Details:
Proposing a 6,000 square foot lobby addition to Sabre Building B that will provide a covered.,
street level entrance into the building. The addition will also include building management
offices, elevator access to the second floor, and a stairwell to the second floor. It will be in
between the two existing building and largely concealed from view on Kirkwood Blvd (400 feet
back from road).
