The applicant is requesting a variance to allow the proposed driveway to be located ±123’ from the existing driveway to the south and ±246.7’from the driveway to the north.A variance to allow a spacing of ±180’between the existing driveways was approved in 2010 (ZA10-026). • •A variance to the minimum required distance of 10’to a curb inlet is requested for the proposed driveway.
