Staff Report dated June 24, 2021 and Site Plan Review Summary No. 1, dated June 24,
2021.
Site Plan proposing exterior modifications to the former Harkins Theater building in
Town Square for a potential new tenant, EVO Entertainment. The improvements include
revisions to the elevations to change the façade finishes and colors and also a
reconfiguration of the front steps and outdoor entrance area to include a patio. The
overall footprint of the building is to remain unchanged. A variance to the Master Sign
Plan for Town Square is also requested. Please see the staff report for Case No. SV21 -
0012.
Fourteen (14) public hearing notification letters were sent to property owners within 200
feet of the subject property. As of the date of this writing, one response in opposition
has been received within the notification area.
