FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: The property is located at 100 Clariden Ranch Rd. Development Details: The applicant is proposing an 8,000 square foot STEAM classroom addition to the Clariden School Campus located at 100 Clariden Ranch Rd. The addition is part of the school’s master plan, and the master plan has been approved by the City of Southlake previously. The building will consist of three classrooms, a laboratory, a kitchenette, and restrooms. In addition, the building will also serve as the school’s inclement weather space (tornado shelter, primarily). Additional parking will be also added to the existing lot at the center of campus. Though in the early stages of design, the addition will be aesthetically similar as to other campus buildings. Presentation: Questions and Concerns: No questions were asked at this time.
