total confusion for emergency patients who are in distress.

It will cause hardship to the effective running of the practice since it is a startup witF less than
six years under its belt. It will cause disruption in patient identification of the practice. Kindly
understand that this was approved by the City of Southlake in February 2015. We are willing

3.That the variance will not injure and will be wholly compatible with the use and permitted development of
adjacent properties.

We are committed to the development of the adjacent properties and the city of Southlake
and therefore have invested deeply into the property and the city. We just want to function
without disruption in the practice and have a physical and online presence to be compatible
with each other so patients will be able to easily Locate us especially in emergency situations.
The change of signage will cause added hardship for patients and the practice.
4.That the variance will be in harmony with the spirit and purpose of the sign ordinance.
It was previously in harmony with the spirit and purpose of the sign ordinance of city of
Southlake in 2015
