RESOLUTION NO. 96-48
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS,
DESIGNATING A NOMINEE TO THE
TARRANT APPRAISAL DISTRICT BOARD OF
DIRECTORS; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 95-49 dated November 7, 1995, cast
19 votes for Mac Wilburn to be appointed to the Tarrant Appraisal District Board of Directors
for a two-year term beginning January 1, 1996; and,
WHEREAS, Mac Wilburn has resigned from the Tarrant Appraisal District Board of
Directors prior to the expiration of his term; now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. All of the above premises are true and correct and are hereby incorporated into the
body of this resolution as if copied in its entirety.
Section 2. The City Council desires to nominate MIKE DAVIS to fill the unexpired term of
Mac Wilburn.
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective from and after the date of its passage.
