A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS ACCEPTING THE AUTHORIZATION
OF THE- TEXAS NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION COMMISSION
TO TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
NO. 12210 FROM WEST PARK WATER ASSOCIATION, INC.
TO THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE
WHEREAS, on May 17, 1994, the City of Southlake passed Resolution No. 94-
24, authorizing city staff to submit to the Texas Natural Resource Conservation
Commission an Application To Transfer Certificate of Convenience and Necessity No.
12210 from West Park Water Association, Inc. to the City of Southlake; and
WHEREAS, on May 25, 1995, the Texas Natural Resource Conservation
Commission issued a letter authorizing completion of this transaction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
The authorization issued by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation
Commission is accepted and the transaction deemed complete as of the date of the
passage of this Resolution.
