RESOLUTION NO. 95-21
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
SOUTHLAKE PARK AND RECREATION BOARD.
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a Parks and Recreation Board was created for the purpose of
Planning and Developing Parks and Park sites within the City of Southlake, for the use and
benefit of its citizens; and,
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board shall consist of nine (9) members,
to serve three (3) year terms; and,
WHEREAS, currently there are three (3) terms that have expired; now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. All of the above premises are found to be true and correct and are incorporated into
the body of this Resolution as if copied in their entirety.
Section 2. The terms of Ann Barnes, Carol Lee Hamilton, and Becci Rollins have expired.
Section 3. The City Council hereby appoints the following persons to the Planning and Zoning
Commission to serve a term to expire in June, 1998.

Section 4. This resolution shall become effective after its passage and adoption by the City
Council.
