RESOLUTION NO. 95-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, APPOINTING
MEMBERS TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
ADVISORY COMMITTEE; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Southlake has
created an Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC) to work
with City staff to promote, assist, and enhance economic
development activities in the City of Southlake; and,
WHEREAS, and the City Council has determined that EDAC
shall consist of three (3) members; now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. All of the above premises are true and correct and are
hereby incorporated into the body of this resolution as if copied
in its entirety.
SECTION 2. The City Council desires to appoint the following
members to serve on the Economic Development Advisory Committee:
1. Michael Richarme
2. Rick Wilhelm
3.
SECTION 3. The Members of the EDAC are appointed for one-year
terms, with the initial members appointed to serve until June 1996.
Any member is eligible for reappointment.
SECTION 4. The EDAC shall meet with the City Manager and the City
Manager's designees as needed, at a time and place to be determined
by the Committee, to promote, assist, and enhance economic
development activities.
SECTION 5. This resolution shall become effective from and after
the date of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 6TH DAY OF JUNE, 1995.
