RESOLUTION NO.93-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO
THE SOUTHLAKE PARK AND RECREATION BOARD TO
FILL AN UNEXPIRED TERM. PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a Parks and Recreation Board was created for the
purpose of Planning and Developing park and Park sites within the
City of Southlake, for the use and benefit of its citizens; and,
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Board shall consist of
nine (9) members, to serve three (3) year staggered terms; and,
WHEREAS, currently one (1) unexpired term currently
exists; now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That all of the above premises are found to be true
and correct and are incorporated into the body of this Resolution
as if copied in,their entirety.
Section 2. That Francis M. Dorer , is appointed to
fill the unexpired term, to expire in January, 1994.
Section 3. That the appointment is to be effective on the day of
approval of this Resolution by the City Council.
