RESOLUTION NO.90-81
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREE-
MENT WITH THE FIRM OF CHEATHAM AND ASSOCIATES
FOR ENGINEERING THE SEWER LINE FOR CARROLL
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT. PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to
enter into an agreement with the firm of Cheatham and Associates
for Engineering Services for the Sewer Line for Carroll
Independent School District, in the form attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and authorizes and directs the Mayor to execute and
deliver such agreement to Cheatham and Associates, on behalf of
the City.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
