RESOLUTION NO.90-47
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN ENGINEERING SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE AND CHEATHAM AND ASSOCIATES,
FOR FM 1709 WIDENING UTILITY RELOCATIONS.
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approved the Engineering
Service Agreement between the City of Southlake and Cheatham and
Associates, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and
authorizes and directs the Mayor to execute and have delivered,
such agreement to Cheatham and Associates.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
