A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLARE, TEXAS DESIGNATING
JULY 19, 1990 AS THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
ADOPTION OF A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN AND IMPACT FEES
FOR WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Southlake is in the process of adopting
impact fees for proposed water and sewer improvements in accordance
with Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code; and
WHEREAS, a Capital Improvements Plan has been completed and
has been reviewed by the Capital Improvements 'Advisory Committee
heretofore appointed by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Section 395.047 of the Local Government Code provides
for the adoption of a resolution setting a public hearing to
discuss the adoption of the plan and imposition of the impact fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLARE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1
That a public hearing shall be held at 7:30 p.m., July 19,
1990, in the City Council Chambers of the City of Southlake for the
purpose of considering adoption on first reading of Ordinance No.
511 adopting a Capital Improvements Plan and impact fees within the
City of Southlake.
SECTION 2
The City Secretary is hereby directed to publish and send
written notice of this hearing as provided in Chapter 395 of the
Local Government Code.
SECTION 3
This resolution shall be effective upon adoption.
