RESOLUTION NO.90-24
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREE-
MENT WITH THE FIRM OF ALLEN/BUIE ARCHITECTS FOR
A CITY HALL SPACE UTILIZATION STUDY. PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to
enter an agreement with the firm of Allen/Buie Architects for a
city hall space utilization study, in the form attached hereto as
Exhibit "A" and authorizes and directs the Mayor to execute and
deliver such agreement to Allen/Buie Architects, on behalf of the
city.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
