RESOLUTION NO.90-13
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE
DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO RECEIVE BIDS
PROPOSALS FOR LIGHTING FIXTURES AS
REQUIRED. PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has requested of
the City Council the authorizion to advertise for bids for metal
halide sports lighting fixtures to be located on Baseball Filed
2 at Bicentennial Park; now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The above premises is found to be true and correct
and is incorporated into the body of this resolution as if
copied in its entirety.
Section 2. That the metal halide sports lighting fixtures are
allowed for in the Fiscal Year 1990 Budget.
Section 3. That this resolution is hereby in effect upon its
passage.
