RESOLUTION NO.90-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, AUTHORIZ-
ING THE Mayor TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH TARRANT
COUNTY FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF SHADY
OAKS DRIVE. PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Southlake,
Texas, deems it to be in the best interest, health, and welfare
of the citizens to maintain the public roadways; and,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby approves the Interlocal
Agreement between the City of Southlake and Tarrant County for
reconstruction of Shady Oaks Drive, in the form attached hereto
as Exhibit "A" and authorizes and directs the Mayor to execute
and have delivered such agreement to Tarrant County.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its pasage.
