1986-025RESOLUTION 86-25
WHEREAS, there was held in the City of Southlake,
Texas, on the 5th day of April ,1986, an election
for the position of Place 3 Councilperson, Place 4
Councilperson, and Place 5 Councilperson, and
WHEREAS, there were cast at said election 985 votes
as shown in the official election returns hereto-
fore lawfully submitted to the City Council of the
City of Southlake, Texas, and filed with the City
Secretary of said city; and,
WHEREAS, only duly qualified resident electors of
said city voted in said election, and said election
was called and held in strict conformity with the
laws of the State of Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the results of said election were duly
canvassed by the City Council of the City of
Southlake, on April 7,1986 and showed the following
results:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
1. The above canvass be and the same is hereby in all
things approved.
2. Charles Curry, is hereby declared to have been
elected to the office of Place 3 Councilperson, to
serve until April, 1988. Rick Stacy is hereby
declared to have been elected to the office of
Place 4 Councilperson, to serve until April, 1988.
And, David McMahan is hereby declared to have been
elected to the office of Place 5 Councilperson, to
serve until April 1988.
