1986-018i RESOLUTION 86-18 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, did appoint a Zoning Board of Adjustments, and, WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 261 calls for a five member board to serve for a term of three years, and, WHEREAS, the Board is now without one member, as one vacated his unexpired term, and, WHEREAS, the Board also calls for two alternate members to serve when a regular member is absent, and, WHEREAS, one alternate member is to be appointed to fill the term of a vacated position, now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT: JAMES WOOLL be appointed to serve on the Zoning Board of Adjustments to fill the unexpired term of R.G. Lyford, who moved away. And Aloha Payne is to serve as an alternate member to fill the vacancy of Dan Light. PASSED AND APPROVED THIS THE 4th day of March, 1986. ayor/ ATTEST: City Secretary
