WHEREAS, the City Council of the
City of Southlake, Texas, deemed
it to be in the best interest of
the citizens of the City to have no
parking areas and tow away zones,
and,
WHEREAS, on February 18,1986, at the
regular City Council meeting, Ordinance
No. 323 was approved allowing for No
Parking Areas and Tow Away Zones,
and,
WHEREAS, the Council has established
areas where it will be prohibited
to have parking within certain times
of the day at certain locations,
now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
The following is a list of specific streets and specific
locations for off street parking, as approved by the City
Council of the City of Southlake.
1. BANK STREET: From Bank Street intersection with Southlake
Blvd. Running full length of Bank Street on both sides
of the street. No parking 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
2. EAST CONTINENTAL'BLVD: From the east property line of
Inter -Lock Pavers to the driveway of 1719 E. Continental
Blvd. traveling west. No parking both sides of the
street. 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
3. BRUMLOW AVENUE: From Fischel Company 1625 Brumlow south
to Highway 26 or to the stop sign north of the railroad
tracks. Both sides of the street from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
4. INTERSECTION OF WHITE CHAPEL ROAD AND HIGHLAND: 1001
north and south on White Chapel Road and 1001 east on
Highland. Both sides of the street.
5. INTERSECTION OF DOVE AND NORTH CARROLL AVENUE: Going north
on Carroll Avenue 15001. No parking on both sides of
the street. 'With sign to readytexception to school
functions". 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. School Days.
6. NORTH WHITE CHAPEL AT HWY 114: From Hwy 114 south of stop
sign going south 170' on White Chapel. Both sides of the
street.
7. TAYLOR STREET AT INTERSECTION OF NORTH CARROLL AVENUE: From
the intersection back east on Taylor Street 100'. Both
sides of the street 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. School Days.
