WHEREAS, the City of Southlake
is currently without a central
sewer system;
and,
WHEREAS, On February 5,1985, the
City Council of the City of
Southlake agreed to enter into a
Study of the Big Bear Creek Basin
with other area cities;
and,
WHEREAS, On September 20,1985,
Southlake was furnished a copy of
the completed study for review;
now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
During the City Council meeting of January 7,1986, the City
Council of the City of Southlake confirmed their desire to
express their continued interest in acquiring a Sewage-,
Collector System for the City of Southlake, by working
with the Trinity River Authority.
