1986-003RESOLUTION 86-3
WHEREAS, the State Department of
Highways and Public Transportation
is currently working on an upgrade
of Farm -To -Market 1938 between
Farm -To -Market 1709 and North
Richland Hills city limits;
and,
WHEREAS, the City of Southlake has
been ask by the State Department
of Highways to express their desires
in regards to the use of bar ditch
or curb and gutter construction for
that upgrade;
and,
WHEREAS, the issue was brought before
the City Council of the City of
Southlake on January 3, at the regular
City Council meeting;
now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
During the January 3,1986 City Council meeting the
City Council agreed by a vote of 5-0 to inform the
State Department of Highways that Southlake wishes
to include the use of curb and gutter for the
upgrade project on FM1938.
