WHEREAS, a Municipal Court having been
created in the City of Southlake, Texas,
under the City Ordinance No. 107, in
compliance with Article 1197a of Vernon's
Annotated Texas Civil Statutes;and,
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides for the
appointment of a Judge for said court and
his term of office; now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
JON MICHAEL FRANKS, is hereby appointed Judge of the
Municipal Court in the City of Southlake, Texas,
holding such office until May 1,1987.
