1985-014RESOLUTION 85-14
WHEREAS, there was held in the City of Southlake, Texas,
on the 6th day of April,1985, an election for the position
of Mayor, Place 1 Councilperson and Place 2 Council -
person,
WHEREAS, there were cast at said election 315 votes as
shown in the official election returns heretofore law-
fully submitted to the City Council of the City of
Southlake, Texas, and filed with the City Secretary
of said City;
WHEREAS, only duly qualified resident electors of
said City voted in said election, and said election
was called and held in strict conformity with the
Laws of the State of Texas; AND,
WHEREAS, the results of said election were duly
canvassed by the City Council of the City of Southlake
on April 8,1985 and showed the following results:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
1. The above canvass be and the same is hereby in all
things approved.
2. Lloyd O. Latta Jr. is hereby declared to have been
elected to the office-of Mayor, to serve until April,
1987. Johnny Westerholm is hereby declared to have been
elected to the office of Councilperson Place 1, to serve
until April,1987, and Davis Bradley is hereby declared
to have been elected to the office of Councilperson Place
2, to serve until April 1987.
