RESOLUTION 85-13-A
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest
of the citizens of the City of
Southlake, Texas, to have the cities
roads in good repair; and,
WHEREAS, we have the advantage of
working with the Tarrant County
Commissioners Court, through Precinct
3, for road repairs; and,
WHEREAS, the County has agreed to
work with Southlake in maintaining
their roads, provided we pay for
the materials and fees for rental of
equipment; now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS :
The City Council, hereby gives Mayor Lloyd 0. Latta Jr.,
the authority to enter into a contract for road repairs
to North Peytonville Avenue and North Carroll Avenue,
at a total cost for materials and fees for rental of
machinery of $ 55,453.00. The contract is with the
Tarrant County Commissioners Court, Precinct 3.
