RESOLUTION 85-13
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest
of the citizens of the City of South -
lake, Texas, to have adequate parks;
and,
WHEREAS, we have the advantage of work-
ing with Tarrant County Commissioners
Court, throught Precinct 3, for road
materials; and,
WHEREAS, the County has agreed to provide
materials for our park roadway, provided
we pay for the materials; now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
The City Council, hereby given Mayor Lloyd 0. Latta
Jr., the authority to enter into a contract for road
materials to be used for the park roadway. The contract
is with the Tarrant County Commissioners Court,
Precinct 3.
