WHEREAS, the City of Southlake
does have an agreement with
the City of Fort Worth to
purchase water , and,
WHEREAS, the City of Southlake
purchases water from the City
of Fort Worth, through the
City of Keller, and,
WHEREAS, the City of Keller
should bill the City of Southlake
on a pro rate portion of the maximum
day charge. now,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
The City of Keller should bill Southlake based on
Southlake's pro rate portion of the maximum day
charge. Thus, using the calculations used by
Rady and Associates, Southlake should be billed a
total of 6,209.04 for its contribution to the Keller
peak charge.
