WHEREAS, it is in the best interest
j of the citizens of the City of
Southlake, Texas, to have safe driving
i conditions, and;
WHEREAS, there presently exists a
serious and hazardous traffic problem
on State Highway 114 at the intersection
of North Carroll Avenue and North White
Chapel Road, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council and the citizens
of Southlake look to the State Highway
Department for safe driving conditions,
now;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
The State Highway Department be responsive to the concerns
of the citizens of Southlake, and for their welfare and
safety,to. place traffic lights at the intersections of
North White Chapel Road and North Carroll Avenue, and
State Highway 114.
