WHEREAS, it is in the best interest
of the citizens of the City of South -
lake, Texas, to have a community
library; And,
WHEREAS, each year the Tarrant County
Commissioners Court appropriates funds
to each municipality in the county to
improve their public library; And,
WHEREAS, the City of Southlake recognizes
the Carroll Independent School District
Library as the official library of
Southlake; NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
The City of Southlake contributes,the 1984 Southlake appropriation
in the amount of Two thousand, seven hundred and twenty-three
dollars and no/100 ($ 2,723.) to the Carroll Independent School
Library Fund.
