RESOLUTION 84-8
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas, did pass and
approve Ordinance No. 292, wherein
provision is made for the appointment
of members to the Planning and Zoning
Commission; and,
WHEREAS, in Ordinance No. 292, provision
is also made for a chairperson of the
Planning and Zoning Commission; and,
WHEREAS, appointments must be made to
fill the unexpired term when a member
is no longer able to serve out his term;
Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS THAT:
William F. Stoner is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Jeff Ault, chairperson, who is unable to
complete his term. Mr. Stoner will serve as chairperson
until May 1,1986, when the term expires.
