1984-004RESOLUTION 84-4
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Southlake, Texas, did appoint a Zoning Board
of Adjustments, by Resolution 82-16, AND;
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 261 calls for five
members to serve on such board for terms of
three (3) years, AND;
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 261 also calls for
two (2) alternate members to serve on that
board in the absence of regular members,
AND;
WHEREAS, the Board is now without one (1)
alternate member, as one has resigned.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
The following person be appointed to serve on the Zoning
Board of Adjustments as an alternate member to take the
place of Loyd Eubanks. The term is to expire on January
5,1985.
