RESOLUTION 84-3
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of
the City of Southlake to provide a Plan-
ning and Zoning Commission to fulfill the
duties as outlined in Ordinance No. 292.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 292 allows for the
appointment of a chairperson and a vice -
chairperson to serve a term of one year.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Jeff Ault be appointed to the position of chairperson of the
Planning and Zoning Commission for a term to expire May 1,1985,
and Billy Jon Curb be appointed to the position of Vice -
Chairperson until May 1,1985.
