WHEREAS, the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas, did pass and approve
Ordinance No. 292, wherein provision is
made for the appointment of members to
the Planning and Zoning Commission;
AND,
WHEREAS, appointments must be made to
fill the unexpired term when a member
is no longer able to serve out his term;
NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Lisle Shuping is hereby appointed to fill the unexpired term
of Larry Samartin, who is unable to complete his term.
The term is to expire on May 1,1984.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 17th day of January, 1984.
