1979-039RESOLUTION NO. 79-39
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Southlake, Texas, did declare the Office
of Court Clerk vacant as of May 8,1979,
And,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the
City of Southlake, Texas, that the Office
be filled on a permanent basis; And,
WHEREAS,the Mayor of the City of Southlake,
does hereby submit the name of Mary Jane
Shade to perform the duties of the Office of
Court Clerk, Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
MARY JANE SHADE be and is hereby appointed by the City
Council of the City of Southlake, as COURT CLERK.
PASSES AND APPROVED this the 4th day of December,1979.
