1979-035RESOLUTION 79-35
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Southlake, Texas, passed Resolution 79-30,
approved the Tax Roll for the Fiscal Year
1980 in the amount of $ 134,225.00,
And,
WHEREAS, Resolution 79-30 also states that the
full list of Real and Personal Property subject
to taxation is the City of Southlake has a
valuation of $ 21,270,969.50,
And,
WHEREAS, it has been discovered that an error
has been made in the tax roll and in the amount
of valuation;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
The Tax Roll should be amended to read, $ 131,599.42.

The Valuation should be amended to read, $ 20,245,753.
