RESOLUTION APPROVING TAX. ROLLS
AS PREPAPID BY ASSESSOR
WHEREAS, the Assessment Rolls for the year 19 79 , assessing
property in the, Qf Southlake have been prepared in due
course; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of Equalization has carefully examined,
reviewed, and fully and finally revised said assessment rolls; and,
WHEREAS,, said assessment rolls for the year 19 79 , covering
property in the Ctty of Southlake as finally revised and
equalized by said Board of Equalization, have been approved by the
City Council;, and,
WHEREAS, the tax rolls of the City of Southlake, for the
year 19 79 , covering property in said city, have been delivered by
the Assessor of Taxes to the City Council for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE City of Sod'thlake
Section 1. That the tax rolls covering taxable property in the
City of Southlakf®r the year 19 79 1 be and the same are hereby
accepted and approved for the year 19 79 , and the Mayor is re-
quested to affix his official signature thereto and the Secretary
is directed to attest the same under the seal of the City of
Southlake
Section 2. That this resolution shall take effect from and
after ii.:s passage as provided.

I, Will H. Zschiesche, Tax Assessor, in and for the City of
Southlake , do solemnly swear that the rolls to which this is
attached contain a correct and full list of the real and personal
property subject to taxation in the City of Southlake , so
far as I have been able to ascertain; that I have sworn every person
listing property to me in the district, or caused the same to be
done in manner and form as provided by law, and that the assessed
value set down in the proper.column opposite the several kinds and
descriptions of property is to the best of my knowledge and belief
the true and correct valuation as ascertained by law, and the
footings of the several columns in said books and the tabular state-
ment returned is correct, as I_verily believe.
