RESOLUTION 79-23
WHEREAS, it is a requirement of
a taxing unit that has land in
more than one county to pass
a Resolution if it is the desire
of the City Council to participate
in a Single Tax Appraisal District,
NOW;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS: THAT:
The City of Southlake will participate
in only the Tax Appraisal District
for Tarrant County.
