1979-009RESOLUTION NO. 79-9
WHEREAS, a municipal court having been
created in the City of Southlake, Texas,
under City Ordinance No. 107 in compliance
with Article 1197a of Vernon's Annotated
Civil Statutes; And,
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provides for the
appointment of -a judge for said court
and his term of office; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Dave Austin is hereby appointed Judge of
the Municipal Court in the City of South -
lake, Texas, holding such office for a term
of two years, running concurrently with the
term of the Mayor.
