1977-038RESOLUTION NO. 77-38 WHEREAS, the Office of Court Clerk has become vacant, AND, WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Southlake, Texas, that the office be filled; AND, WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Southlake, does hereby submit the name of Janet Daniel to perform the duties of the Office of COURT, CLERK. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT: THIS RESOLUTION SUPERCEDES AND REPLACES RESOLUTION 77-37, AND JANET DANIEL BE and is hereby appointed by the City Council as COURT CLERK.
