RESOLUTION NO 77-34

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas, did declare the
Office of City Secretary/Treasurer
vacant as of September 21, 1977: AND
WHEREAS, the Mayor appointed Mrs -.-Karen
Black as Temporary City Secretary/Treasurer;
AND,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of
the City of Southlake, Texas that the
office be filled on a permanent basis;
AND,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Southlake,
does hereby submit the name of Mrs.Karen
Black to perform the duties of the Office
of City Secretary/Treasurer, NOW,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT;
MRS. KAREN BLACK BE and is hereby appointed by the City
Council as City Secretary/Treasurer.
